In 1999, WOLID International Services Ltd. set out with a simple goal: to bring structure, reliability, and trust to Nigeria’s complex shipping and logistics space. Founded by Ayanbamiji Oluwole Idowu, WOLID started as a modest freight forwarding firm defined by high standards, attention to detail, and operational discipline.

As our reputation grew, so did our scope. By 2007, WOLID had expanded into full shipping agency operations, taking on vessel representation, cargo coordination, and end-to-end logistics support across Nigeria’s busiest ports. What began as a small operation evolved into a trusted name known for getting vessels in and out efficiently, no matter the complexity.

Over the years, we have handled a wide range of bulk cargo, from fertilizer and rice to corn, bauxite, and sulphur, across Lagos, Onne, and Warri ports. Through ENL Terminal, we facilitate bulk soya bean meal exports at scale, positioning us as a key player in Apapa’s export operations.

Growth for us has never been limited to one sector. We have steadily built a diversified portfolio that reflects both opportunity and expertise.

• In agriculture, we operate over 800 hectares of farmland, producing cashew, palm oil, yam, honey, and cocoa for local consumption and international markets.
• In communications, we maintain a strong partnership with MTN Nigeria, managing over ₦24 billion in monthly turnover through telecom service operations.
